Daniel is a veteran investment manager with over 12 years of experience across a broad range of asset classes. He managed over $125 million at Morgan Stanley and has strong real estate investing experience in various sectors. Daniel has leveraged his knowledge of finance and macro real estate markets to direct over 150 real estate investment transactions in the past decade.

Daniel is a CFA Charterholder and holds Series 7 and Series 66 licenses. He is an investment advisor representative of Capital Markets IQ, LLC, an SEC-registered investment advisor. He received his BA in Judaic Studies from Touro College in 2007 and subsequently did post-Baccalaureate studies there and at CUNY-Queens in Finance and Economics. He graduated as the Honors Scholar of his Master’s in Finance program at the University of Michigan in 2015.

Mark spent over 12 years running Island Rock, Corp, a multi-million-dollar organization. He subsequently spent time as a Project Manager at Credit Suisse. Mark has managed the acquisition and operations of over 100 properties and has structured and overseen the creation and operations of over 30 real estate funds and syndications.

Mark has passed the Series 65 examination and holds a Project Management Professional license. He obtained his BA in Economics and Political Science from CUNY-Queens College and his MBA in Finance from CUNY-Baruch College.

Eli Weiss has raised significant investment capital for real estate and other ventures, and has sourced many deals for investors. Eli also has extensive experience helping businesses improve customer retention and has overseen service departments in various customer-facing roles. He is a strong networker who has facilitated the creation of multiple business partnerships. Eli received his BA in Liberal Arts from Excelsior College and completed his MBA at the University of Michigan.

Since July 2012, Daniel has been the Managing Partner of Cybertex Strategies, a corporate finance, investor relations, and capital markets advisory firm with public and private clients such as: Unique Electric Solutions, IoTecha, Neonode, Marathon Patent, IDT, Straight Path Communications , Vuzix, Walker Innovation, General Patent Corporation, DropCar, IIT Sourcetech, and Illuminate Healthcare.

In 2015, Daniel co-founded and capitalized Cedar Grove Capital, an owner/operator of 20+ multi-family apartment complexes (with 6,000+ units) in the Carolinas and Virginia, which consistently generated double-digit ROIs for investors.

From 2008-2010, Mr. Gelbtuch managed the technology stock portfolio at Roaring Brook Capital, a multi-sector long/short hedge fund. From 2001-2007, Daniel was a Senior Equities Analyst at CIBC World Markets covering the semiconductor sector. The Wall Street Journal recognized Daniel as the #1 Stock-Picking Semiconductor Analyst in 2005. In 2006, Forbes and Starmine ranked Daniel as #9 among all US Stock-Picking Analysts (across all sectors).

Mr. Gelbtuch received a J.D. from Cardozo Law in and a BA in Economics from Yeshiva University.

Larry currently serves as an advisor to various companies. From March 2008 to September 2019 Larry worked at Baron Capital as the Chief Information Officer. Larry was a member of Baron Capital’s Operating and Risk Committees. From October 2003 to February 2008 Larry worked at Lehman Brothers as a Managing Director and Global Divisional Chief Information Officer for the Investment Management and Investment Banking Divisions. Larry was a member of Lehman’s IT Senior Leadership Team and the Investment Management and Investment Banking Executive Governance, Operations and New Product Committees. From May 1983 to October 2003 Larry worked at Neuberger Berman. Larry became the Chief Information Officer in 1993 and a principal in 1998. Larry was a member of Neuberger Berman’s Management, Operating, Due Diligence & Acquisition and New Product Committees. Prior to May 1983, Larry worked as an actuary in the insurance field. Larry graduated Queens College in 1979 where he earned a B.S. in mathematics. He is also a graduate of the SIA's Securities Industry Institute at Wharton.
